Loading bellows for conveying of flows,

The XIMIX® loading bellows type SCV300 available with an inner duct for the passage of product with DN.300mm, is used to convey powdery or granular flows in the following industries: Food – Chemical – Buildings – Ecology – Laboratory – Pharmaceutical- Feedstuff.

Loading bellows are often used under the outlet cone of silos, hoppers, pneumatic and mechanical conveyors, weighing systems, and so on.

1) Efficiency and reliability for a long time, assured by the traction systems through springs, by the high quality of the materials, and in particular by the components that are in contact with the product, more subject to wear.

2) Very good purchase price compared to the maintenance cost, carried out through state-of-the-art technical solutions and reduced and simple maintenance.

3) Solution with telescopic pipes, that is an advantage over other solutions because:
- there is a limited stream of product towards the filter (tolerance among flanged pipes is lower, and reduces significantly the quantity of product that rises again);
- helps the product’s discharge (the increasing diameter of pipes reduces the product’s density and facilitates the drop);
- reduces wear (pipe with increasing diameter causes a reduction of the contact’s surface and a lower product’s concentration while the discharge is approaching);
- ensures a correct extension or retraction of pipes (spacers among pipes assure continuously the alignment of the pipes).

4) Correct placement of the travel, assured by the presence or inductive limit switches. Great accuracy and safety in the placement are obtained through the self-braking motor.

All these systems are in compliance with 98/37/EC Directive.
