Slide valve for flows interception,

Mix valve type SGA available in a production range of square openings from 150 to 800mm, is used for the interception of gas, powdery/gas, powdery, liquid, granular flows, in the different industries: Food, Chemistry, Building, Ecology, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Industry, Feedstuff.

Valves are often used under the outlet cone of silos - hoppers - pneumatic and mechanical conveyors - weighing systems - ventilation - and so on.

Peculiarities of Mix valves are:
a) reduction of the vertical space occupied, assured by the compact construction;
b) a practical system of seal on the blade in the area where the product does not pass through which allows
- a rapid replacement of the packing (without disassembling the valve from the plant),
- from the size 250 onwards, the opportunity of adjusting the pressure of the packing on the blade, so that the efficiency of the seal is kept for a long time.

The range offered here has the solution with manual control , in these versions:
- SGA[][][]A1V20: (SGA150÷350) Material of construction carbon steel painted;
- SGA[][][]A1V25: (SGA400÷800) Material of construction carbon steel painted;
- SGA[][][]A2V20: (SGA150÷350) Material of construction stainless steel AISI 304;
- SGA[][][]A2V25: (SGA400÷800) Material of construction stainless steel AISI 304.

MIX valve is complete with double flanges of connection.
