Filtering

The Company MIX S.R.L. is specialized in the planning and manufacturing of filters for dust exhaustion for powders produced by industrial process.

The main filtering applications are the following:
- Dust exhaustion by electro-fan;
- Dust exhaustion from pneumatic conveyance in pressure;
- Dust exhaustion from pneumatic conveyance in vacuum.

The filters are Conformity in compliance with the European Directive 2006/42/EC, available with different filtering media:

• BAG
- circular section body, filtering surface from 1 to 60 m²;
- polygonal modular section body, filtering surface from 20 to 300 m²;

• CARTRIDGE
- circular section body, filtering surface from 2 to 75m²;
- polygonal modular section body, filtering surface from 70 to 500m²;

Cleaning systems:
• pulse air jet cleaning;
• body shaking;
• with vibrator,

Available models:

• internal explosion-resistant,
• high temperature-resistant,
• electric supply in explosion-proof material .
