MIX pinch valve type SMA100 is made of two identical seals recovering the two split bodies in Aluminium.

It is used for the interception of gas, powdery/gas, powdery, liquid flows, in different industries: Chemical, Building, Ecology, Laboratory, Industry, Feedstuff.

Its main application is in the pneumatic conveying systems. Thanks to a careful study of the dimensions and profiles, the following advantages have been obtained:
- Efficient product interception in the pneumatic conveying systems in pressure;
- Lower wear of the seal, thanks to the larger central area and to the employment of anti-abrasive seals;
- Perfect closing of the seal, with lower air pressure control, and therefore longer service life;
- No maintenance required;
- No mechanical wear.

In the flows interception stage, Mix technology guarantees the maximum tight by closed valve and the lower resistance during the flows passage by open valve.
