Dust Exhaustion from pneumatic conveyance in pressure

Filters for dust exhaustion from pneumatic conveyance in pressure / Food Industries,
parts in contact with the product are in Stainless steel 304 or Mild steel in Epoxy paint finish,
available with different filtering elements according to the purpose.

Filter suitable to filter dust generated by the handling of food product of different composition and in different conditions: inert, explosive (with solutions resistant to internal explosion and with electric supply in explosion-proof material), sticky products (with suitable waterproof, oil proof media), wet products (suitable Teflon polyester media or waterproof media), room temperature filter application or high temperature filter application.

Typical examples of food products can be: starch, coffee in powder or granules, cereals, extracts of confectionery industry, Flour (White), maize, ground rice, granulated sugar, sugar powdered, salt, etc.

The Mix filters are manufactured with circular body design or polygonal body design, in reference to the filtering surfaces required.

The cleaning systems of the filtering elements may be the following:
- Pulse air jet cleaning;
- Shaking cleaning;
- With vibrator.

Two systems of outlet of the air cleaning with:
- Free discharge in the atmosphere;
- Conveyance pipe.
