MIXER
The ideal machine for the mixing of several ecological products: powdered, made of granules, fibres, pastes (specially of Ashes) with the availability of liquid addition. MIX technology guarantees a perfect mix during the process phase, a correct product discharge and a perfect seal arrangement at the discharge point.
GRANULATOR
The granulator is ideal for turning into granules the particles of the ecological powders (specially of Ashes) previously mixed by the granulator itself using an advanced technology. Liquid addition available.
REACTOR
This machine was designed for mixing processes of ecological powders, specially of Ashes, which by nature cause a chemical reaction, under vacuum or pressure conditions. An external heating or a cooling jacket is available. The utilization of the most technologically advanced components enable us to meet any requirements.

New mixer/granulator for continuous operations (patented in Italy)
To the problem of the disposal of the ashes caused by the combustion in the big thermoelectric power plants and in the incinerators as a whole, Mix S.r.l. designers have found a solution by planning a specific mixer/granulator for this sector. It is very difficult to turn these powders into flakes, since they have different compositions and their temperature changes with the passing of time. Therefore they are usually transformed into pastes and mixtures so as to get moved and eliminated in an easier way. Mix designers have found out how to transform these different types of ashes while being able to provide an actual solution to the risks of deposits, incrustations, wears thus generated, and finally reducing the absorbtion of the final power.
APPLICATIONS
- In big thermoelectric power plants:
This mixer simplifies the recycling and the disposal of the ashes generated in big thermoelectric power plants, where one of the biggest care is how to lower the level of pollution caused by these combustion processes.
- In incinerators:
This solution finds application also on small mixers, set in interior or narrow environments.
