MIX valve type SVA, available in a production range of diameters from DN100 -DN400 is used for the interception of gas, powdery/gas, powdery, liquid flows in different industries: Food, Chemical, Building, Ecology, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Feedstuff.

Butterfly valves are often used under the outlet cone of silos - hoppers - pneumatic and mechanical conveyors - weighing systems - ventilation - liquid tanks - and so on.

Peculiarities of MIX valve are: an efficient flow rate through the valve, low wear even in presence of abrasive products, quick and easy replacement of the seal or the disc, fast transformation from rigid to flexible connection and viceversa.

The range offered here has the solution with extended splined drive shaft DIN 5482; seal is in non toxic NBR or in HNBR-THERBAN (for high temperature). Tightness: standard powder seal or tested to 0,2 bar seal.

Available versions:
- SVA[][][]L2[]6[]: Body and pivoting vane in aluminium alloy, low profile seal;
- SVA[][][]L2[]7[]: Aluminium Body, stainless steel 304 pivoting vane, low profile seal;
- SVA[][][]L2[]8[]: Aluminium body with rubber liner and stainless steel 304 pivoting vane;
- SVA[][][]L2[]9[]: Aluminium body with rubber liner, aluminium pivoting vane.

The aluminium bodies are supplied with suitable drilling for connection; MIX Technology, applied to flow interception, guarantees the maximum tight by closed valve and the lower resistance during the flow passage by open valve.
