Three-Dimensional Aeration Discs

Aeration disc for powders,
used for plants of different industries,
in two versions, with fittings in brass/zinc-plated carbon steel or brass/AISI 304.

Three-dimensional aeration disc, suitable for tanks and hoppers, in particular when an excellent cleaning is required.

This product is protected by patent registered in Italy.

The MIX aeration disc fluidifies the product ahead and behind the disc itself, so that the product does not settle around it. Quality of the mixture is not affected, no deposits remain on the tank’s and hopper’s walls, the air spending is optimized, and the air consumptions are cut down.

Its aerodynamic shape avoids crushing, and the fixing system between the aeration disc and the tank’s wall avoids that the disc is pulled out.

The aeration disc is used in the following industries: Food – Chemical/Pharmaceutical– Building – Ecology – Industry – Laboratory – Feedstuff.

The possible versions are the following:
- SAD180C[][][]: Fittings in brass / zinc-plated carbon steel;
- SAE180C[][][]: Fittings in brass / AISI 304.

The number and the position of aeration discs depend on the product, on the tank’s dimensions, and on the inclination of the hopper. Possibility of replacing discs with pads type SAA and SAB, thanks to their interchangeable connections.
